RETURN POLICY


You can cancel your order without penalty at any time prior to the goods being dispatched from our warehouse.  If the goods have left the warehouse and cannot be delivered due to reasons beyond our control, delivery charges will apply. 

WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR DELIVERY 

Merchandise must be in original crating and/or packaging to protect the product during shipment. All returned items must be in 100% resalable condition. Any non-defective merchandise that is returned collect will be refused and the customer will be responsible for charges incurred. All repairs and returns must be approved in writing by us before action is taken. Returns are only accepted up to 7 days after the original delivery date. You will receive your refund within 30 days of cancellation. There is a restocking fee of 30% as they are ‘build to order’. There will also be a return delivery fee added for returns. 

AFTER 7 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR DELIVERY 

After this 7 working day period, we are unable to accept returns of any items purchased unless faulty.  We make no warranties for fitness for purpose beyond this point and shall have no liability for consequential or special damages. Should Portable Partitions Australia deem it impractical to offer a replacement product for any item that is damaged or faulty, we reserve the right to offer a repair, an allowance for a repair, or alternatively a refund for your purchase. 

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS 

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item you should notify us immediately by emailing us at info@portablepartitions.com.au or calling us on 1300 731 397.  We will then arrange for the items(s) to be collected and for a replacement to be delivered.
